This has been a huge success in helping my son clear his busy mind & relax at night. I highly recommend it to kids having a difficult time winding down, or being afraid at night. My only wish, is that there was more to choose from. He loves it so much, yet is getting tired of hearing the same 3. I keep searching to see if theres been more added, or a new update- or even a new download geared to older kids/boys. Hopefully one day :)

My 3 year old loves this app. There are three stories that are about 20 minutes long, with background music and the soft lilting Scottish tones of Christianes voice. She asks for them regularly and often falls asleep by the end or shortly afterward. Thank you Christiane, more stories please!

My 8 year old who has a hard time settling down loves it and falls asleep to it.

My son loves this, but I really wish there was a way for me to set it to turn off after one meditation, or a certain amount of time. I dont like leaving the iPad playing next to him after hes fallen asleep.

I got this for my 7 year old who has trouble settling down at night (and other times). It and it has been super helpful-- quicker sleep times & less popping up. I played it recently when she had a friend sleep over and they were both asleep within about 15 minutes (a small miracle as anyone who has had a 7 year old sleepover can attest :). I like that it continues through the different stories instead of ending abruptly. My only complaint is that I wish it had more than 3 stories!

This app is amazing! My 6 and 8 year old sons love going on the guided meditation adventures- I hope she releases more like this!

My 5 & 7 year old boys love this! My 7 year old has some sensory processing difficulties and finds this app really helps him relax. Ms Kerr has a very soothing voice. Only wish there were more stories.

I need a refund for this. The woman who takes you on this "sleep" journey speaks so quickly we all got stressed out trying to keep up with. Save your money on this one. :(

I downloaded this taking a chance as it had no reviews. Not sure what fast voice the other reviewer mentions now, mine is perfect and very slow! We listen to the first story mostly and my 5 year old LOVES it and it puts her to sleep so quickly. We listen every night I love the little story too! Thank you for this!!!

Our boys have a hard time calming down. This app is a terrific tool and they love her voice.

For the price I paid I thought I was getting more tracks and continuous play options... Other than that it would be a five!!! I pray they add more! I need more stories they need more than three an atleast this one you get 30 mins per track enough to last to get your kiddo to sleep not like the dang mermaid and fairy dust 2 that stops every 8 mins..... Grrrr

I am a 41 year mother and I bought this for my 7 and 4.5 year old daughters. My youngest daughter does not like the background music and will not listen to it. I have used it myself for the last week to fall asleep to and I really enjoy it. Will try it on my children again in one month.

This is a great meditation app for kids! Its simple but effective and the womans voice is very soothing. Great app!

Love the meditations but please add more! For the cost we hoped there would be more to it.

My 7 yo son started listening to this via CD when he was 6. He loves it and was so happy when I found it as an app! Now when we travel I dont need to worry about the CD! He listens most every night. The women talking has a nice calming voice. I do t think hes ever stayed up to hear the end of it!

This has become a really important way to get my kids in bed. We used it to transition out of needing mommy to wait in the room while my 2 kids fell asleep. For that Im forever grateful to Christiane Kerr. They look forward to it and dont always fall asleep during it, but it gets them centered, quiet and calm at a time that Im normally about to lose my cool! A great find.
